Louise's Experience of Selling the ID Range
With the launch of the ID range it has been a very exciting and defining time amongst the team and the customers. With the stylish nature of the vehicles and array of excellent features it has created quite the buzz.
We have had many enquires about our ID range and lots of sales and orders as our vehicles prove that they are real contenders within the EV market. Customers who are looking at a hatchback feel tend to gravitate towards the ID-3 and are often surprised with the spacious, Passat feel the cabin has. Customers love the intuitive nature of the vehicle such as the voice controls and the driver assist systems. The ID-4 is not to be forgotten as it to is extremely popular with our customers who want more of an SUV feel. Our customers are always impressed with how comfortable the car feels on the road and how quickly it picks up on dual carriageways, giving an effortless driving experience.
As a Retail Consultant and as a team we are super excited to see the ID-5 and the ID-Buzz and the continued innovative vehicles that Volkswagen produce. With the ever changing climate with Petrol and Diesel prices on the increase it has never been a better time to change to an EV vehicle and we have noticed a surge of enquires due to this. Also with more electric chargers becoming readily available to customers in public areas and the easy nature of installing a home charger, consumers are having less range anxiety and are becoming more and more familiar with life with an EV vehicle.
